There's absolutely no safety.. employee inside the house of horror is more busy trying to pick a fight instead of doing what he is supposed to, and when you look for a security they're to busy gang banging with police at the entrance ready to jump you. I had a really bad experience with one of their employees, and when I tried to get help from the authorities they said they didn't want to hear anything and that if I didn't leave the park they will arrest me, after I paid my entrance and my daughter's and THEY violated my rights and messed up my little girl's night. So sad to have police officers in our community like the young lady with blonde hair who sounds like a gorilla when she opens her mouthand as scrony as she is tryies to intimidate you like she's an angry men on steroids but most of all you can't miss the big wanna be Cuban who tries very hard to keep the #1 place as a CHANCLETERO.. they should definitely be fired from the police department.. I'msure if they didn't violate citizens rights and gave up their names they would have plenty of complaints against them.

very rude staff(ticket counter woman that looked like having to take my money was the worse part of the day/guy at the entrance taking your tickets with a shit attitude),parking was retarded,...was sent the wrong way in the house by security and ended up missing the intro, some security woman was sitting on a couch in one of the rooms just hanging out talking to a performer, if they saw they didnt scare u they gave up fast and some performers didnt bother to try at all...unacceptable. all about the money and not the halloween spirit. FrightNights in west palm will be the only other i will be attending the crowd and staff is alot more friendly inviting and filled with the hallowen spirit which house of horror falls short to plus a friend of mine went the night before and it was closed most likely due to weather but later that night they are posting pics on fb of opening night but didnt bother to post a cancellation message ...horrible the last 3 years were great but this was very disappointing. wont see me again and 10 people i knew that were going to go i told them to just wait till the 11th and go to frightnights i hate to sound like a plug for them but ...they know how to give u a good time. sorry to see HOH turned into this. sad to because it had great potential.
